What’s included in the Property Report?

Last Update: October 19, 2012

The Property Report is a comprehensive look at an individual property, including detailed property information, property history, current and historical listing photos, local market statistics, listing activity, foreclosure activity, neighborhood demographics and additional features. If the user applies the Comp Analysis tool or creates a Refined Value, the resulting values can be displayed if desired.

The Property Report includes a schools section with a summary of elementary, junior high and high school information, details such as test scores, and even parent reviews where available. This is similar to the school information provided on School Details pages; the source of the data is an RPR partner, Great Schools. School details are not available in Property Reports for all properties. The school must be correlated with the property in the MLS data feed to be included in RPR's report. You will know if school information will be available for a property if it is a listing and the school information shows as a hyperlink on the Property Details page. In this example, information for the elementary and junior high schools will appear in a Property Report generated for this property.
