Sometimes, a report fails to generate. When this happens, you will see an error message. This may be a pop-up message, or you may notice that a report on your list in the reports generation page says "PDF failed." If you receive an error when trying to generate a report, please try again later. Because RPR reports collect a large quantity of data, on occasion a report may "time out" due to system load at the time when you request your report.
If you retry generating your report and receive an error a second time, please contact the RPR Help Desk at 877-977-7576. Be prepared to tell us your user account (email address), what type of report you were running and the address or location that is the subject of the report.
You must also be certain that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to generate a PDF copy of a report. If you do not have Adobe Reader installed on your computer, you can download for free it at this link: http://get.adobe.com/reader/.
