Where does RPR get the data for the property pages?

Last Update: July 29, 2014

RPR licenses public records property data from the Applied Analytics division of Black Knight Financial Services (BKFS), the nation’s leading provider of mortgage processing services, settlement services and mortgage performance analytics. BKFS continuously scours public records sources across the country to aggregate one of the industry’s most robust, accurate and current data resources. Tax assessment data is typically updated by public records sources on an annual basis. Deed, mortgage and foreclosure data are updated more frequently, as the data is made publicly available. Data updates from BKFS are delivered and integrated with the RPR system the day after a change is published in the BKFS source database.

The different data areas of the Property Details page are annotated with the data source for the particular property. This will be public records data, listing data or both data types.
