Why are public records data missing in my area?

Last Update: March 5, 2014

RPR’s public records data covers nearly all of the 3,144 counties (and city-county equivalents) in the United States. However, coverage can vary by public records data type (assessment, deed, mortgage and foreclosure). Approximately 120 counties display assessment data from 2010 or earlier, or display no assessment data in RPR. About half the U.S. counties display 2013 or 2014 assessment data. Even where assessment data is missing or outdated, deed and mortgage data are current.

If you have additional questions about data coverage in your area, contact the RPR Customer Support Center at 877-977-7576.
