Where does the Superfund site data come from?

On the Quality of Life tab of the Neighborhood Details page, RPR displays the Superfund and Brownfield sites documented for an area. RPR uses data from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, CERCLIS Active List 9, to determine Superfund site status. You can see more information at the EPA website:

http://www.epa.gov/superfund

Note that a location must be on the EPA's National Priority List to be considered a Superfund site.
