Why can't I find commercial listings in an area?

Last Update: April 16, 2014

RPR displays commercial property listings in markets where we have a partnership with the CIE or commercial MLS. Searching for commercial property listings outside these markets will not yield results. You can see a map of CIEs and MLSs that have partnered with RPR: http://blog.narrpr.com/rpr-partners

For active listings to be available in RPR for searching and viewing, a data licensing agreement must be executed between RPR and the relevant Association, CIE or MLS. The implementation process takes anywhere from eight to 12 weeks. Once RPR has secured data access to your organization's listings, this timeframe begins. The timeframe does depend on Association/CIE/MLS help to review and validate the data on RPR, set data permissions, and arrange the launch and training for the organization's members.

Regardless of whether you can view a property's listing data, you can view the public records associated with it. RPR displays public records for commercial properties nationwide. You can review legal and tax information, property facts, details about the lot and the structure, images, and much more. To see a record for an "off market" property, run an All Properties search.
