Why am I unable to generate a report?

An error when generating a report, or the inability to generate a report, could indicate that the user is missing Adobe Acrobat or another reader to view PDF (Portable Document Format) files. Or the user may need to upgrade to a browser that is supported by RPR:

  • Internet Explorer 8.0 or later
  • Safari 5.0 or later
  • Firefox 20.0 or later 
  • Chrome 30.0 or later

Please note that during times of peak RPR site usage, Reports that typically take a few minutes to generate can take longer. When you request a report, you will see an estimate of how long the report will take to generate, as well as what number your report is in queue. As long as you do not subsequently receive a message saying that your report has failed, it is generating. While you are waiting, you can use other areas of the website without hindering the generation of your report. You can also shut down your computer or log off RPR, and your report in the queue will generate and be available for you to open when you return to RPR any time within the next 30 days.
