Solved: Security question answer during the "Forgot Password" process returns error

Issue: Users that are attempting to reset their RPR password on the RPR Mobile app are redirected to a security question screen. If the user enters the correct security question/answer and touches the “Submit” button, the following error is returned: “One or more errors occurred.”

ETA for Fix: Late November

Workaround: Touch the "Close" link instead and the user will be directed back to the log in screen where they can enter their email and the temporary password that was emailed to them.
