v1.51 - RPR website and RPR Mobile™ for iOS/Android tablet and phone

The latest release of Realtors Property Resource® provides high-value integrations for users of the zipForm® and SentriLock applications (mobile-to-mobile, coming soon with a new mobile release!), as well as several enhancements for residential and commercial users. To learn more about all of the RPR updates and details, continue reading below.

RPR Residential

zipForm® Users Can Access or Start Transactions 

zipForm® users have the advantage of linking their RPR accounts with their zipForm® accounts. This integration allows select public records data fields from RPR to flow directly into many of the forms you might use in zipForm®. When you initiate a new zipForm® from RPR, a transaction is started for you inside your zipForm® account.

 

Linking Your Accounts

 

Once your accounts RPR and zipForm® accounts are connected, you have several options from within RPR's Property Details page: 

  • Go to the RPR homepage
  • Find out more about the zipForm® and RPR integration
  • Go to specific transactions for that property address in zipForm®
  • Start a new transaction with the street address you have pulled up in RPR

 

New transactions default to the street address name, however, a user can log into zipForm® and change the folder name at a later time, to help with organization, naming files and avoiding duplication.

zipForm® Mapped Data Fields

Many zipForm® fields auto-fill with public records data from RPR. For a complete list of fields configured to move from RPR® to zipForm®, see the end of this article. It is also important to know that Listing Data is NOT passed to zipForm®, and again, NOT every field in RPR automatically populates to zipForm®.

Finally, you do have the ability to move between the RPR and zipForm® programs. When you leave zipForm® to return to RPR, a new tab in your web browser opens, and vice versa, a new tab also opens when you start a new transaction from RPR® with the zipForm® integration.

The integration between zipForm® and RPR® will help save you time and effort when preparing your next sales form.

Help Widget Added

RPR prides itself on offering five-star customer support to its members (24/7, 365 days a year), and now, accessing help is easier than ever. From any page on RPR, a Help Widget is available in the lower left corner. See the graphic below to locate the Help Widget.

 

 

Select the Help Widget, and then type in your question as shown below:

 

 

After you type in a word or question topic, the Help Widget provides a possible list of helpful articles from our massive knowledge base. From there, you can:

  • read a synopsis of the solution(s)
  • read the full article pertaining to this synopsis
  • contact customer support

 

 

Regarding a related topic for Help and Known Issues, the “Report a Bug” link has been removed from the bottom footer. Users can report any known issues through the Help Widget.

 

RPR Mobile™

SentriLock® Users Can Access Lockboxes and View Property Details

RPR is excited to unveil the SentriLock® Integration for your RPR Mobile™ application. Using your RPR app (click here to learn more and download the mobile app) you can open SentriLock lockboxes from this mobile-to-mobile integration. 

 

 

Besides accessing the SentriLock® lockbox from your cell phone, users also have the ability to view the Property Details screen, without having to perform a separate search for the property listing. This integration allows you to have RPR property information in the palm of your hand during every showing appointment. We know this enhancement will save time, while showing your clients and customers your efforts for going GREEN as a real estate professional. 

Miscellaneous Notations and Updates 

Our team has also been busy making sure RPR functions and reads seamlessly between the website and mobile applications. We have matched descriptions and titles throughout the system to provide a consistency between your web and mobile experiences. These improvements and uniformity checks will continue into the future to help provide you with a coherent experience when using RPR, regardless of the platform you employ.
