Welcome to the latest RPR release, full of excellent additions and changes we have incorporated to make your daily real estate life a little easier. Discover all of our new improvements by reading below.
Charts refresh includes new content and cleaner visuals
We'll begin our release update by telling you about a few charts and graphs enhancements. For instance, you can now discuss and share with consumers the educational levels by population within a neighborhood, ZIP code, county, state and the entire country.
We have also included some great new visual enhancements to our charts, such as updates for the Sales and Financing Activity chart (Refined Value) and walkability scores on Neighborhood Details pages. Commercial users will appreciate the enhanced visuals in the Best Retail Businesses chart for a market area.
Add and share customized home facts
You can add your own specific facts not listed within the Home Facts section on the Property Details page. For example, suppose you are working on a CMA for a client, and the property includes valuable features not listed within Home Facts? No worries, you can add your custom entries as free text if you don't see what you want in the list, as shown below:
This enhancement also allows you to build a library of custom features you may find in your local marketplace for use with future properties. Best of all, this custom features section flows over to your Comp Analysis page and various RPR reports.
You can manage your custom home facts and view the number of properties featured within your RPR work.
20,000 neighborhood boundaries updated
Each quarter we update the neighborhood boundary information found in RPR, and our most recent update includes updates in 25 metro areas including Chicago and Atlanta, and adds 20,000 residential areas. See the list below for a sampling of the regions included in the latest Maponics neighborhood updates.
Show your password when you need to
We've added a feature that allows you to show your password when entering or creating new passwords. The newly added visibility icon can help eliminate frustration for some users when logging into RPR, or in particular, changing their current password. To activate the password view, click the icon as shown in the graphic below.
RPR Mobile Features:
A users' favorite, Comp Analysis, joins the mobile app
We are excited to extend the popular Comp Analysis feature available in our website to the mobile application. (And we're adding more mobile functions next release!) You will find the icon available when you pull up a specific property, below the map, as shown below.
With four steps start to finish, the entire Comp Analysis workflow is quick and easy for you to use when you're in the field and need to perform analysis for a customer or client.
Step One - Confirm the key facts for the subject property, then initiate a search for nearby comps by selecting the "Next" button in the top left corner.
Step Two - Select up to six comparable properties you want to include with your analysis.
Step Three - Verify the comparable properties chosen.
Step Four - Finalize your comp analysis by editing your suggested price and price range and choose the method of delivery of a Seller's Report containing your analysis.
Please note, the search criteria for Comp Analysis matches the default rules from the comps search used in the website application, as well as the elements that are included in the Seller's Report.
