Can I receive mobile alerts on properties?

You can subscribe to notifications to help keep you informed of property status, price and estimated value changes on saved properties and more.

You might consider using a push notification to keep track of a valuation change to your listed inventory, for example. Turn on or off the available notifications in Settings in your mobile device, as shown below:

Here is an overview of the notification types:

  • Estimated value updates for saved properties or the user's listings (residential properties only) notify users of changes in the property's AVM or RVM. The user is notified when a property valued up to $799,000 increases or decreases 1 percent or more, or a property $800,000 and above increases or decreases a half a percent or more.
  • Status changes for saved properties or the user's listings, from any property status into another (such as Pending, Active or Sold).
  • Price changes (increase or decrease) for saved properties that are listed or the user's listings. 
  • New listing notification for a user's listed property.

Please note, iOS & Android users' notifications are turned off by default. Go to Settings on your mobile device to enable notifications.

Note: This feature has a time restriction to avoid sending notifications outside regular business hours. Notifications are delivered between 11 am and 4 pm Eastern Time.
