MLS and Association Dashboard
The MLS and Association Dashboard extends the functionality of the RPR application to provide valuable content and tools for MLS and Association staff, helping them deliver additional member value to REALTORS®. Staff users can access timely market data—online and via monthly reports—as well as user statistics, news and training information, and statuses of data within RPR. MLSs and Associations who register to use the dashboard can take advantage of RPR’s wealth of business intelligence to serve their constituents.
The MLS and Association Dashboard will be introduced in a phased rollout to MLSs, local Associations and state Associations beginning this month. For more information about enrolling, please visit: http://blog.narrpr.com/dashboard-registration/
Local Economic Area Report
The Local Economic Area Report, offered alongside the Federal Economic Area Report, summarizes the demographics, consumer behavior and economic trends in a specific area. These two new reports support Association outreach on government affairs and economic development.
The local report can be generated for a county, city or ZIP code. In addition, users can now save the area for which they ran a Federal or Local Economic Area Report, creating a shortcut for running the same report in the future.
Coming soon: a custom-area version of the Economic Area Report, and the ability to generate the report for state legislative districts. These report types are offered exclusively to Association staff Governmental Affairs Directors (GADs) and NAR members acting as Federal Political Coordinators (FPCs). The new reports are accessed via “Advanced Data Tools,” a portal that contains the MLS and Association Dashboards and Broker Tools.
- RPR is preparing an updated RPR mobile application suite for the iPhone and Android operating systems.
