The Property Details page includes several fields where a user can enter notes about a property. These notes are preserved for the user on subsequent visits to the page, and appear on reports generated by the user. The notes do not appear for other users.
To use the Notes feature, simply enter text into any or all of the fields. You will see how many characters you can enter, and you will see when your entry is saved.
When the user generates a report, the notes are included, and are labeled with the user's name as the source. If a user does not want to display the notes, the user can select a check box on the report generation page to not include any notes. The check box appears in the "More Details" list for each report type.
