How do I email a report?

When generating a report, the user can choose the “Email to” delivery method from the Reports interface to email the report to a client. See step #4 when generating a report. This selection will send a printable PDF to the email address of the user’s choice. By choosing the "CC" option, the user will receive confirmation that the report has been emailed to the recipient.

If a property-based report is emailed, the subject line will include the property address to better inform the recipient which property the report is for. 

You can email reports to multiple recipients at once by entering each recipient's email address in the Reports interface and separating the addresses with commas.

When you send a report to a consumer, RPR tracks and displays when the recipient views the report. The notification shows the user’s most recent opening of your report, so you know when your customer read the information you provided them from RPR.
