Why are public records data missing in my area?

RPR’s public records data covers nearly all of the 3,144 counties (and city-county equivalents) in the United States. However, coverage can vary by public records data type (assessment, deed, mortgage and foreclosure) and is dependent on collection by our public records partner, Black Knight Financial Services.

RPR has 100 percent coverage for assessment records, 97 percent for deed records, 96 percent for mortgage records and 93 percent for pre-foreclosure records. Not all of the data is from the most recent year.
