How do I use the Google Street View for a property?

A Google Street View image is shown on the Property Details page on both the RPR website (residential and commercial) and RPR Mobile™ application. The Google Street View image is interactive and includes a 360-degree view of the property, which can be used when listing or historical photos are not available, plus the ability to move up and down the street.

You can also toggle between the Google Street View and Overhead View (as well as listing photos, when the property is an active listing).

A property's Google Street View image does not appear in reports. When listing or historical photos are unavailable, the Overhead View image populates on the cover page of any reports that are generated for the property.

In some areas, Google Street View may not be available.

I am creating an analysis for 39 Poplar Ave., Buffalo, NY 14211. The photo provided is of the leafy tree next door. When I arrow over to the property and then create a sellers analysis, I keep getting the tree. How do I set the photo to the house. BTW Ana sent me an email stating this had been resolved and it's not.

??? Is anyone there? I'd really like to send this to the seller today and it looks so unprofessional with the tree on the picture instead of his house.
