RPR prides itself on offering five-star customer support to its members (24/7, 365 days a year), and accessing help is one click away no matter where you are on the website. From any page on RPR, a yellow Help button is available in the lower left corner.
Selecting the Help button initiates a search for Knowledge Base articles related to any topic or question you enter, as shown below:
After you type in a word or question topic, you'll receive a possible list of helpful articles from our Knowledge Base. From there, you can:
- read a synopsis of the solution(s)
- read the full article pertaining to this synopsis
- contact customer support
If you choose the third option, the "Contact Us" button, a new window will open to allow you to submit your issue, enhancement request or question. Our support staff will follow up to ensure that you receive exactly what you need.
