Welcome to the May 2018 release of RPR. We've added a variety of features requested by REALTORS®, including a quick-print option for Search Results, a Buyer Tour in the mobile application, and an easy way to tell whether you can access listing data in a particular market. In addition, you can now search by alphanumeric Listing ID, which is helpful in some commercial markets.
Capture your search findings with a quick-print option
Print your Search Results page easily with a new quick-print option. The "print this page" option delivers a print-ready view of all your results, packaged up neatly enough to share with a client. You can also save your results as a PDF for easy reference later.
Note that your print version will include all results of the search (use your filters if you want a smaller print). Future releases will refine the quick-print option, allowing users to select properties to print instead of printing the whole set.
Simply run a search and follow the "print this page" link located in the upper right:

Find a listing using alphanumeric search
Some CIEs and MLSs use alpha characters in their Listing IDs. Previously this made searching by listing ID in RPR a challenge. Now, you can searching using alphanumeric IDs just as easily as numeric IDs. Simply type in the alphanumeric ID in the search box as well as the Comp Analysis feature.

RPR View is a data-sharing platform that provides MLSs with an option to share data with other MLSs using the RPR platform. This feature has helped save thousands of dollars for MLSs that often pay their MLS vendor for such functionality. Previously, it was challenging to see and understand who your MLS shares data with and what other MLSs share their data with members of your MLS. A new feature shows you at a glance who has these sharing relationships and what is being shared.
You can filter to find all the MLSs that share or don't share data with yours. Using the column headings, you can sort by state and by the types of data shared: On Market, Off Market, and Additional Information (such as Agent Remarks), as well as the counties the MLS covers. To view the counties, simply roll your mouse over the number; a box displays the counties the MLS covers. As of May 1, 377 MLSs representing more than 840,000 REALTORS® share On Market listings with another MLS in RPR, and 355 MLSs share Off Market listings with another MLS.
This feature is particularly useful if you have clients that are relocating and would like to know information about another market. Access it on your Settings and Profile page:
Neighborhood boundaries are updated
The latest Maponics update (March 2018 data) focused on Walkability Scores plus Neighborhood and Residential shapes and names.
- Neighborhood Boundaries: Over 30 metros were reviewed and enhanced in this release. Focus areas for this release include New York City; Portland, OR; Gainesville, FL; Winston-Salem, NC; and St. Louis, MO.
- Residential Boundaries: Over 6,000 new residential areas were added. Metros with significant focus include Charlotte, NC; Raleigh-Durham, NC; Miami; Denver; Colorado Springs, CO; and Philadelphia.
- School Boundaries: Some of the key School Districts updated in the release include San Francisco Unified, Prince George's and Montgomery County, MD; Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools, TN; Cobb County, GA; Osceola and Pinellas County, FL; and Hawaii Department of Education.
Mobile has two notable additions available this release; a toggle that allows users to switch modes in the filter screen and a Buyer Tour that is sure to please.
Toggle between Residential and Commercial modes in search
Have you ever started a search and then realized you were in the Commercial mode instead of the Residential mode? Now you can easily switch search modes without having to navigate back to the home screen and start all over.
When you are in the search filters, the top option allows you to switch between Commercial and Residential. A little time and frustration saver!
Mobile-exclusive: Buyer Tour of listings
A mobile exclusive is the new Buyer Tour feature. This workflow allows you to create a Buyer Tour that you can use with your clients out in the field.
Step 1: On the home screen, click Reports in the lower portion:
Step 2: Enter a geography and click the Create Buyer Tour button:
Step 3: If you need to add a filter, click the filter option at the bottom of the screen.
Step 4: Add your filters for statuses, property types, beds, baths or price range, and click Apply Filters.
Step 5: Select the listings you want on the Buyer Tour for your client. You can view the listings in List view or Map view; use the toggle at the top to switch views. Once you have viewed the property, add it to your tour by clicking the Add to Tour button.
And if you need to remove a property simply click on the property on the map and click Remove Property:
Step 6: Edit the name on the report cover. This can be done in one of two ways. You can click on the pencil icon in the geography display at the top of the screen, which will launch a box to edit the name:

Alternatively you can save the search by clicking the Favorites button at the bottom, which will also open a screen allowing you to name the report:
Step 7: Set the order you want the properties to display.
You can select which order each property will display within the Buyer’s Tour Report.
Step 8: Select the view format for the report: side-by-side Property Grid and/or the Full-Page Property Detail. When finished selecting, click Next to generate the report.
