What is required to access the ticketing system?

RPR's ticketing system uses a separate login, not needed to view articles in the Knowledge Base and only necessary if you want to track the progress of a trouble ticket or enhancement request within the system. (You will receive email notifications regarding progress regardless of whether you create an account or log in to the ticketing system, called Zendesk.)

Modern browser versions and/or mobile operating systems are required to access Zendesk. Examples:
