What is required to access the ticketing system?

RPR's ticketing system uses a separate login, not needed to view articles in the Knowledge Base and only necessary if you want to track the progress of a trouble ticket (You will receive email notifications regarding progress regardless of whether you create an account or log in to the ticketing system, called Zendesk.)

Modern browser versions and/or mobile operating systems are required to access Zendesk. Examples:
