Release Notes: June 2018

v1.71 - RPR website and RPR Mobile™ for iOS/Android tablet and phone

Released June 26, 2018

Welcome to the June 2018 release of RPR. We've updated the tenant information available in the Commercial application and added several features requested by REALTORS®, including enhancements to report covers and labels for charts. We have also improved the Buyer Tour in the mobile application. Read on for more details.

RPR Website

New options for report cover information

RPR has expanded the data you can place on the cover of the reports you create. Need to add a custom web address or an additional email? Now you can. All items can be accessed and edited through your profile section on the report generation page.

Reports are your tool to explain the market dynamics to your clients. With this release, you will see enhancements to the labeling for Charts and Neighborhood statistics. Where comparisons are made, the types of geography are listed; which reduces confusion for your clients as to what exactly is being compared.

Geography types are city, ZIP code or neighborhood.

Commercial tenant data set refreshed

Information on commercial property tenants has been updated. The refresh updated the key facts (location, size, length of tenancy and more) of more than 7 million tenants linked to commercial properties.

My Listings search now includes commercial and residential leases

The one-click My Listings Search in website and mobile has been enhanced to include commercial and residential leases. This popular shortcut allows users to quickly view details and generate reports for prospective clients.

RPR Mobile

Easier transition from listing search to Buyer Tour

Mobile’s newest report just got a little sweeter! Recent enhancements to the workflow allow you to easily transition from a listing search to a Buyer Tour search without losing your search parameters. The report name has also been added to the display throughout the creation process to provide visibility and quick edit access.

Now you can go immediately from the Search Screen to creating a Buyer Report. Simply perform your search and then click Reports.

From the Reports page, select Create Buyer Tour.

The properties that you original searched are now ready for you to start your Buyer Tour. Please reference “How do I create a Buyer Tour” for complete details.

When creating your Buyer Tour, you can change the name of the tour by clicking the pencil in the right-hand corner.

Edit the name of your Buyer Tour and click Update.
