Prospecting: Mailing Labels or CSV Export

One of our members' most frequently requested features is now available in RPR. REALTORS® can create mailing labels or export owner information from their RPR search results!

Visit our Knowledge Base article How do I create Mailing Labels or a CSV Export? for detailed instructions.

You can choose from three standard mailing label formats (Avery 5160, Avery 5161, Avery 5162) or export owner information to a spreadsheet (CSV file) that can be downloaded. This feature uses public records data (no MLS data) licensed from our public records provider, Black Knight, and is available for residential as well as commercial properties.

Each REALTOR® can export up to 2,000 records per month. This count is for each record exported, not unique properties. Export counts are reset on the first day of each month and cannot be reset at any other time.

Begin by running an All Properties, For Sale, For Lease, or Market Activity Search from the RPR Homepage. Click "Advanced" to apply filters.

On the Search Results page, use the filters on the left side of the page to further narrow your results. Choose the order of your results from the Sort list by drop-down menu. Click the Mailing Labels link when you are ready to export your results.

Tip: Making thoughtful filter selections will help you make the best use of your 2,000/month export allowance.

Layout: Select CSV to create a downloadable CSV file or PDF to create mailing labels. If creating mailing labels, choose your label format.

Customize: Choose the address type and how you would like the labels addressed.

Filter: Select the occupancy type, then choose the records to export. Select "All" to export all records in your search results or enter a range in the boxes provided that represents the numerical order of your search results sort order. For instance, if you would like to print the first 100 property addresses, you would enter 1 to 100.

Print: Before clicking the Print button, review the information in the Export Status box to verify how many records are in this export and how many remaining records you are able to export this month. If everything meets your expectations, click Print.

Tip: When printing mailing labels, set your printer setting for Page Sizing and Handling to "Actual Size" This setting will ensure that the information is printed within the label.

In some areas, local regulations prohibit the use of public records data for marketing purposes. If your search results contain properties within these areas, RPR will omit those properties from your export. Please see How do I create Mailing Labels or a CSV Export? for a complete list of prohibited areas. Remember that you are responsible for knowing your local protocols.

Need to export more than 2,000 records a month? Premium mailing functions will soon be offered to RPR members at a discount through Black Knight's SiteXPro.com property analytics tool.

The RPR Terms of Use have been updated with guidelines for the creation and use of mailing labels and owner data export.

Brevitas Commercial Listings

Commercial listings for everyone! RPR has partnered with Brevitas, a nationwide commercial listing platform, to bring an additional 32,000 commercial listings to RPR. Active listings from Brevitas are visible to all REALTOR® members.
