ShowingTime Integration Kickoff

RPR and ShowingTime have teamed up to provide a scheduling link on the RPR website and mobile app! If your MLS or brokerage has a relationship with ShowingTime, you will be able to schedule a property showing easily and quickly from the Property Details page of authorized listings. The integration will save you time and help you perform more of your daily business in the RPR platform.

Tip: How will I know when I have access to this feature? You will be ready to go when you see the scheduling link on the RPR website.

Data Updates

U.S. Congressional, State Senate and Legislative Districts

The U.S. Congressional Districts, as well as state senate and legislative districts, have been updated to display new and adjusted districts for 2020. This data is refreshed at the beginning of each year.

Neighborhood Boundaries

Over 38 metros were enhanced or extended with additional coverage. Some of the Metro areas included are located in California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Ohio, New York, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington. This data, provided by Pitney Bowes, is refreshed quarterly.

To check out the new neighborhood data, select Neighborhoods above the search bar and enter an area in the search bar, then select Exact, Within, or Nearby from the drop-down menu.

Residential Boundaries

Over 9,000 residential areas were added or enhanced with this quarterly update from Pitney Bowes. A significant focus was placed on areas in Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota, New York, Texas, and Wisconsin.

Schools Data

The quarterly refresh of school data, provided by Niche, includes updates to school ratings and community reviews. We have also updated our school district boundaries, provided quarterly by Pitney Bowes. RPR has the information you need to help your clients find a home in the school district that meets their needs.

Commercial Tenant Data

This release updates tenant data for commercial properties to the latest information from SMR Research. Tenant data is displayed on commercial Property Details pages and can be included in Commercial Property Reports. This data, covering more than 9.5 million tenants, is updated quarterly.
