All computers have an internal clock that keeps the date and time. If your computer's date is incorrect or the time is off by more than 5 minutes, you will be unable to log into RPR.
An incorrect internal clock is usually caused by a dead RTC (Real time clock) or CMOS battery. The level of difficulty to replace a battery varies from computer to computer. We recommend that you contact a computer service center to discuss having them replace the battery.
Another option is to enable a feature within your operating system that will set the date and time automatically using a network time server. Below are links to instructions on how to enable the network time setting feature in both Windows and Mac.
